Service capabilities
This edition calculates entered rates and costs, organises phase-based scope and stores local records. It does not authenticate cloud accounts, verify client acceptance, electronically sign a contract, collect deposits or automatically send documents.
Your information and decisions
You are responsible for scope, rates, expenses, tax treatment, project duration assumptions, client details and any agreement you make. Review all generated documents before sharing. Sample templates and rates are fictional demonstrations.
Calculations and timing
The editor uses the percentages you enter. Phase durations are summed as sequential planning assumptions and do not account for parallel work, holidays, resource availability or actual delivery dates. An indicative deposit is not a payment request or a collection mechanism.
Local storage and backups
Records are stored in your current browser profile. They may be lost if site data is cleared, storage fails or you change device. Export backups of important work. The local edition is not a secure multi-user account system.
Paid services
A paid subscription can be created only through an enabled provider after disclosure of plan, currency, tax, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms. This edition’s checkout review takes no payment and activates no paid account.
Cancellation and refunds
Review the cancellation and refund policies before making an actual purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide useful tools but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
