Information you enter
Project names, scope, client details, business information, rates, expenses, logos and saved estimates are processed in your browser and stored in local storage when you save a record or draft. This edition does not upload those records to a Calstro database.
Browser-local records
Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to view its records. Local storage is not encrypted by this application or protected by an online password. Clearing site data can remove records permanently.
Hosting and external requests
The website host processes technical requests needed to deliver the site. These may include IP address, browser details, requested paths and logs. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. No analytics or advertising tracker is included in this package.
Support and future payments
If you send an email enquiry, its contents are handled by the email services involved so it can be answered. A future payment provider will process payment information under its own privacy notice. This edition does not collect card numbers.
Retention and choices
Local records remain until removed or browser data is cleared. Export a separate backup before deleting important information. Support and future billing records should be retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal information held by the operator. You can delete local records in Settings. Contact support about information held outside the browser.
Updates
This policy should be reviewed when cloud accounts, payment processing, analytics or other data flows are added.
